Terms of Service (ToS)
Detailed terms governing user rights, obligations, wallet billing rules, and platform usage policies for Ecomdy API Gateway (Apidy).
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Ecomdy API Gateway ("Service" or "Apidy"). By registering an account, generating an API Key, topping up your wallet, or submitting API requests, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately discontinue using the Service.
2. Account & API Key Security
- Key Confidentiality: Your API Key represents your identity and wallet access. You are solely responsible for safeguarding it. Any requests made using your valid API Key will be billed to your account.
- Revocation & Rotation: If you suspect your API Key has been compromised, you can revoke and rotate it immediately within the Console.
3. Wallet Top-Up, Billing & Refund Policy
Supports automated VietQR BIDV transfers, global PayPal & Visa/Mastercard/Amex checkout, USD manual transfers via PingPong & Payoneer, and Promo gift vouchers.
Card transactions are processed directly by PayPal Pte. Ltd under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. APIDY never collects or stores your card number, expiration date, or CVV/CVC. PayPal gateway fees (4.4% + $0.40) are transparently grossed up so your wallet receives 100% net credit.
Pay-as-you-go metered billing accurately computed based on actual input/output tokens (including reasoning tokens) and image/video generations.
Wallet credits are used for API calls. In the event of an extended platform outage exceeding 72 hours without resolution, users may request a refund of their remaining unused balance via their original payment gateway.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Users strictly agree not to use Ecomdy API Gateway for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Generating or distributing illegal, CSAM, terrorist, or violent content.
- Cyberattacks, DDoS, distributing malware, or unauthorized penetration testing.
- Payment fraud, reverse engineering, or intentional billing bypass.
- High-volume abusive automated spam that congests gateway infrastructure.
⚠️ We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and revoke API keys for severe AUP violations without prior notice.
5. Prompt Data Privacy & Retention
Zero Model Training Policy
Ecomdy API Gateway guarantees that neither your input prompts nor AI outputs are used to train any AI models. Data is securely proxied via encrypted tunnels to BytePlus ModelArk.
6. Disclaimer & Upstream Provider Policy
AI services are provided on an "AS-IS" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime multi-account failover infrastructure, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from international internet disruptions or upstream provider outages beyond our reasonable control.
